Brooklyn, the obsession of Parisians. While American culture can often be dismissed as ‘fast-food culture’, Brooklyn seems to have an aura that attracts the french beyond measure. Don’t believe? Check out this Vice article

4. Bob’s juice Bar

After all the beer and the pancakes, some detox is needed. Paris very first juice bar has now expanded in other parts of Paris, with its own restaurant and bakery. On the menu: green juices, açai bowls and futomakis.

We already have two articles on food trucks (here’s EP1 and EP2, wait for the third one!) but we HAD to mention this particular food truck. Run by an american, it serves hands down the juiciest burgers and best fries in Paris.
