This conference belongs to a series of seminars from the programme “Études Sociales et Politiques des Populations, de la protection sociale et de la santé”. This seminar is common to the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and Sciences Po.  This session relates also to the EHESS’ programme on the British world.
