We are delighted to announce that the École Urbaine’s GLM Study Trip 2017 is now online. During their 8-day research stay in Johannesburg, South Africa (Feb 10th-18th, 2017), the students explored the question “Governing Johannesburg pro-growth or pro poor”. They visited emblematic sites like the Soweto township and newly improved districts in the city center and the suburbs, and met with strategic actors in local development such as the Johannesburg Development Agency, Transports operators, various planning and capacity building NGO’s, University Professors, etc.
