Speaker

Göran Therborn is professor emeritus of sociology at the University of Cambridge, and affiliated professor of sociology at Linnaeus University, Sweden. His latest books are, The killing fields of inequality (2013), and The World. A Beginner’s Guide (2011). His latest book in French is Les sociétés d’Europe du XXe au XXI siècle (2009). The seminar will present some ideas from an ongoing work.
