Welcome to Global Significance: the MPA’s new blog launched today along with our brand new website.  An exciting day to be sure.

This blog is a space for the MPA community to share what we think with the rest of the world.  We are in a particularly privileged position: our network and our perspectives span the entire planet.  We are engaged, daily, in discussing the entire globe.  And we are an opinionated bunch (as evidenced if only in part that some of our graduates have gone on to found a highly influential blog of their own).

This space will be open to the entire MPA community — students, staff, faculty and alums — as a forum for reasoned discussion and opinionated pronouncements.  It is edited, but the goal is to make this a place where our individual voices are heard creating a chorus that gives the rest of the world a taste of what makes the MPA special.
