Sciences Po Law School is seeking to recruit a full time senior or junior professor in « Intellectual Property” for a public-sector teaching position and French civil- service.
The successful applicant will be required to have a wide knowledge of the field, with both a European and an International point of view. He/she will have to teach in the Law School and in the Sciences Po undergraduate program, both in French and in English. He/She may have to assume responsibilities in the organisation of the teaching of Intellectual Property Law. He/she will pursue his/her/ individual research activities as part of the Law School research team in the field of Intellectual Property Law. Applicants must demonstrate active research activity in the field of Intellectual Property (to an extent dependent upon seniority). He/she must be open to multidisciplinary, international and compared approaches to the law and have a capacity to coordinate research with academics in fields other than law. The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the development of the Law School in its international and professional relations. He/she must demonstrate a capacity to develop cooperation agreements with partners outside Sciences Po. Applicants must demonstrate experience in teaching and capacity for innovative teaching, in line with the approach developed at Sciences Po Law School.
